As all physical books from CCAnanti Publishing are made using a Print-on-Demand (POD) service, we do not hold physical inventory, and we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for customer-ordered items unless the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged.
1. Eligible Reasons for Refund/Replacement
A refund or replacement will only be issued for the following reasons:
Manufacturing Defect: The book has faulty binding, missing pages, or unreadable text.
Damage in Transit: The book arrived significantly damaged (e.g., severe creasing, water damage).
Incorrect Item: The wrong book or wrong format was shipped.
2. Ineligible Reasons for Refund/Return
We are unable to process refunds or returns for these reasons:
Change of Mind: The customer decided they no longer want the book after it was ordered.
Customer Input Error: The order was placed with an incorrect shipping address.
Minor Blemishes: Small cosmetic flaws that do not affect the readability or binding of the book.
3. How to Request a Refund/Replacement
To initiate a claim for an eligible defect or damage, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order:
Contact Us: Email us immediately at anantipublishing@gmail.com.
Provide Proof: You must attach clear photographs showing the defect or damage, along with your original order number.
Review: We will review your claim and forward the necessary information to our fulfillment partner (Lulu) for verification.
Resolution: If the defect is confirmed, we will provide an option for either a full refund or a replacement copy to be printed and shipped at no cost to you.
4. Digital Products (eBooks)
All sales of digital products (eBooks, digital articles, etc.) are final and non-refundable due to the immediate, irreversible nature of digital delivery.
